Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Napa are crushed to make this rich, robust vinegar. Hand made and aged in oak barrels in the warm California sun. The deep red cherry notes with a hint of fresh plum make this artisan vinegar a favorite among chefs. Mix with olive oil, sea salt, red onion and toss with baby spinach. Adds flavor and complexity to ordinary tomato sauces and stews.
