T.D. Kelsey grew up on a ranch near Bozeman, Montana. He has been a full-time artist since 1979, when he resigned from his job as a commercial pilot. He is known for his intense, impressionistic sculptures that capture the spirit of his subjects. An avid traveler, T.D. has visited every continent except Antarctica, drawing and sculpting people and wildlife. He currently lives on his working ranch near Guthrie, Texas.
